Ing. Tiideni Hawa Jabbi
Ing. Tiideni Hawa Jabbi is an accomplished Urban Water & Sanitation and Business Development & Management expert with over fourteen (14) years of extensive experience in Sierra Leone’s water sector. She currently serves as the Managing Director of the Sierra Leone Water Company (SALWACO).
As the head of the institution, Ing. Jabbi provides strategic leadership and operational oversight, ensuring that the Company achieves its mandate and organizational goals. Her work spans strategic planning, operational management, financial oversight, stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks- all geared toward fostering sustainable organizational growth and service delivery.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to strengthening the water sector. Her long-term professional goals include developing a new generation of water, business development, and management experts; addressing critical water resource, supply, and demand challenges for sustainable development; and contributing to policy formulation and institutional advancement both nationally and globally.
